the room was SMALL with only one power outlet. soundproofing was nearly absent because i could hear everything happening outside my room.

The staff was genuinely helpful. They quickly provided extra towels when I requested them. The air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a consistent temperature. I appreciated the blackout curtains, effective at blocking out the morning light. The in-room safe provided secure storage for valuables.
The elevator was quite slow, often taking several minutes to arrive. This caused some delays when I needed to quickly go up or down to the lobby. Waiting became a bit frustrating during peak times.
